18:00 - The Welcome

Join us for our first evening together at our favourite local winery in Entrechaux.

We’re planning a relaxed golden-hour welcome with our own little wine festival with good food and music.

The winery is around a 15-minute walk from the centre of Entrechaux and is also easily accessible by car.

Dress code: Summer evening / smart casual

Location: Mas Oncle Ernest, 325, chemin du rat collet blanc, 84340 Entrechaux, France

Timing: Please note that timings are approximate for now and will be updated closer to the wedding weekend.

The Wedding (Timings TBC)

12:00 - Guest Arrival and Ceremony

Please gather in the centre of Entrechaux at D’Aurelie Bistrot.

The ceremony will take place at The Ancienne église Saint-Laurent, at the top of the hill above the village. Guests are welcome to walk, but it’s a steep 5–10 minute climb and it may be pretty spicy in June.

For that reason, minibus shuttles will run from Parking de l'Église, opposite Aurélie, to take guests up to the church.

As we won’t be able to transport everyone at once, there may be time for a quick drink at Aurélie while you wait.

We do ask that everyone heads up as soon as they can — there will be drinks and some spectacular views waiting at the top.

Dress code: European Summer (think relaxed summer formal, open collar, linen suits)

Ladies: We’d strongly recommend avoiding heels for the ceremony. The walk from the shuttle drop-off point to the church is short but very uneven underfoot. Flats will be easiest, but if you’re committed to heels, wedges or block heels are the way to go.

Location: D’Aurelie Bistrot, Entrechaux

14:00 - Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast

After the ceremony, drinks will be served at the top of the hill, giving everyone a little time to enjoy the views and soak up the moment.

Minibuses will then take guests down to Mas de Clara for the drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.

For those who fancy the walk, Mas de Clara is around 10–15 minutes away on foot. It’s a lovely route, mostly downhill, and a much easier prospect than the climb up to the church.

00:30 - Carriages

We’re currently looking into local transport options including the possibility of arranging shuttles back to the nearest main towns for guests who aren’t staying in Entrechaux.

This is likely to include Vaison-la-Romaine, Mollans-sur-Ouvèze and Malaucène.

Further details will be shared in the coming months.
